Synopsis

A teenage girl develops feelings for her ping pong coach, who is also the father of her doubles partner. As her first love quietly deepens, subtle jealousy toward her closest friend begins to grow, until an unexpected secret reshapes their relationships on and off the court.

The only Chinese-language short selected for the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival, the film was praised for its quiet realism and emotional depth.
